How Can We Privatized Tagging?

Hi there! I am not really that good when it comes to computers. But of course, just like others, I love Facebook. Whenever I have free time, I never fail to surf the net and open my Facebook account. I think when it comes to picture tagging, I think that all of your friends are capable of tagging them.

I am not really sure if there are still means of changing or stopping this. I hope that they will do something about it. Thank you so much.
